This is a high specification clean. We will provide a team of cleaners to completely cleanse and sanitize your accomodation with a guarantee. If we miss any of the areas below, we will send the team back in free of charge.
Below are the areas covered by the Start/End Service Clean.
Kitchen:
- remove all grease and grime
- clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards and drawers
- clean sink and taps
- clean inside/outside your microwave, oven, fridge/freezer *
- clean and wipe all kitchen surfaces
- clean washing machine, dishwasher
- clean and mop floor
- clean windows inside
Bathroom and Toilets:
- clean mirrors and windows
- scrub and disinfect bathroom floors
- scrub and disinfect sanitary ware
- clean bath, sink, showers and tiles
Bedroom, Living and Dining room:
- clean and polish all door frames and window ledges
- clean all skirting boards and radiators
- vacuum all carpets and mop hardwood floors
- clean and dust all furniture, mirrors, pictures

* We will do our best to make sure your appliances are cleaned to a high standard. However, if they have not been cleaned since they were purchased we won't be held liable for ingrained dirt that cannot be shifted using chemicals.
* Freezers must be defrosted in advance. As the timescales for defrosting will not enable us to thoroughly clean it.
This is a high specification clean for when you are still residing in your property. We will provide a team of cleaners to completely cleanse and sanitize your accomodation with a guarantee. If we miss any of the areas below, we will send the team back in free of charge.
This typically takes longer than an end of tenancy clean because household items are still in the property.
Below are the areas covered by the Mid Tenancy Clean.
Kitchen:

- take out products inside cupboards to clean
- place washables in your washing machine

- polish beds, furniture and mirrors
- strip linen on beds and place in washing machine
- clean all skirting boards and radiators
- vacuum all carpets and mop hardwood floors
- clean and dust all furniture, mirrors, pictures
